MAD-ID ANTIMICROBIAL STEWARDSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMS
REGISTRATION FEE WAIVER
Thanks to the generous support from Cepheid of Sunnyvale, CA and OpGen, Inc of Gaithersburg, MD, MAD-ID is pleased to announce the new availability of a limited number of registration fee waivers that may be applied to either of our programs. These awards are full registration fee waivers.
Conditions of Award
A registration waiver may be applied to either MAD-ID Stewardship Training Program. Eligibility is limited to healthcare providers, including trainees, but not students. The award must be used by either registering for the Basic Program and beginning lesson completion within 3 months of notification of the award OR by registering for the Advanced Program being delivered at the next scheduled MAD-ID Annual Meeting at least 2 months in advance of the meeting. (More information for these programs can be found at https://mad-id.org//antimicrobial-stewardship-programs/). The number of awards to employees of any one institution will be limited to no more than two, and of any one health system to four.
Awards will be distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once all awards have been assigned, this announcement will be removed from this website until funds are once again available. Individuals wishing to take advantage of this program should check our website regularly to determine if and when funds are available.
Applicants should complete the application form (link below) and submit to the MAD-ID Scientific Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Eligibility and conditions for these awards are subject to change at any time at the discretion of MAD-ID.
