The 26th Annual MAD-ID Meeting, The Antimicrobial Stewardship Meeting® will take place May 8-11, 2024 at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate in Orlando, Florida. As in previous years, discounted registration fees will be offered for students and trainees, stewardship program partners from the same institution, and this year, to ID resident-residency director pairs. In addition, a limited number of $500 travel grant assistance and waived registration fee are available to full-time students, residents, and fellows who submit an accepted abstract for poster presentation.

**To receive the discounted Stewardship Team Partners registration fee OR the ID Resident / Residency Director Team registration fee, you must register two stewardship Team members, representing two different healthcare professions, e.g., for the Stewardship Team Partners, physician/pharmacist, pharmacist/residency director, pharmacist/nurse, pharmacist/infection control practitioner, etc. from the same institution to qualify. The same holds true for the ID Resident/Residency Director Team, they must register together to qualify for the discount.
Conference Fees/Detailed Instructions:
Your registration fee includes the program information that is available to download from the Annual Meeting website prior to the meeting. Additionally, the following meals and refreshments will be provided: Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, Scientific Poster Session Reception on Thursday evening, Exhibitor Reception on Friday evening, Continental Breakfast on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and all scheduled breaks.
Please note that your registration fee does not cover your incidental expenses or expenses of a spouse or guest, including their travel, hotel room, or meals. All meal functions are for the program participants only. Continuing Education Credits:
MAD-ID will award a maximum of 20.50 hours (2.50 CEU) for pharmacists.
MAD-ID designates this live activity for a maximum of 18 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
Advanced Antimicrobial Stewardship Training Program (AASP):
The live portion of the Advanced Antimicrobial Stewardship Training Program is included within the agenda for the MAD-ID program, designated in the agenda by “AASP.” Registrants for the Advanced Antimicrobial Stewardship Training Program must complete the quizzes/assessment questions that accompany each of the designated Advanced Stewardship Training classrooms or lectures and pass the associated quizzes. PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION IN THE AASP IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BASIC MEETING REGISTRATION FEE. All attendees will receive continuing education credit for any of the live MAD-ID or designated Antimicrobial Stewardship sessions they attend at the Annual Meeting regardless of whether they register for the AASP. Cancellation Policy:
MAD-ID will provide refunds of registration fees according to the following time frames with written notice of cancellation:

Before March 8th – full refund, less a $40 administrative fee

March 9th– April 7th – 50% of your registration fee will be refunded

April 8th – forward, no refunds will be processed
