Hosting a satellite symposium at the Annual Meeting offers the Company an opportunity to invite the attendees at the annual meeting, as well as any HCPs in the local Orlando area, to the educational session. The satellite may be promotional or offer CE/CME credit to HCPs.

Dates/times available:
Thurs, May 11^th:  6:15 am – 8:00 am, and 11:45 am – 1:30 pm
Fri, May 12^th:  6:15 am – 8:00 am, and 11:45 am – 1:30 pm
Sat, May 13^th:   6:15 am – 8:00 am

The Symposium fee entitles the sponsor to provide/offer a satellite symposium to meeting attendees during the Annual MAD-ID Meeting. These do not include direct costs of providing the symposium (e.g., speaker/moderator honoraria, speaker/moderator travel expenses, food, audiovisual, continuing education accreditation, etc.)

Company may elect to use the services of MAD-ID’s official Medical Education partner, AG Communications, LLC, or another ME Company of their choice.

Date and time slots offered on a first come, first served basis, and confirmed once MAD-ID Contract is signed, and fee is paid to MAD-ID.
