Please note, if Exhibitors wish to attend the meeting educational sessions and meal functions, per PhRMA guidelines and the ACPE/ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education, they must register as an Attendee; the exhibit fee does not include your conference registration or meals.
All Exhibit Booth or Exhibit Theatre requests reserved and paid by April 7, 2023;
Company logo and/or artwork (as appropriate) received by April 14, 2023 as well.
All Exhibitors will be recognized in program materials, scrolling slides during the meeting, on-site signage, and listed in the Exhibitor section in the conference app.
Exhibit Hall set-up is Wednesday, May 10; Exhibit Hall open Thursday, May 11 and Friday, May 12
Note, the Scientific Poster Session is Thursday, May 11th (5:00 pm – 6:30 pm), and the Exhibitor Reception is Friday evening, May 12th (5:00 pm – 6:00 pm).
All exhibits must remain open during published exhibit times as listed in the final program agenda. To assist you with staffing the booth, you should anticipate heavy traffic during the coffee breaks on Thursday and Friday as all food and beverage on these days is provided in the Exhibit Hall. In addition, traffic will be heavy during the Scientific Poster Session Thursday evening, and the Exhibitor Coffee Break Reception Friday afternoon, both located in the Exhibit Hall. During workshops, plenary sessions, and satellite symposia, anticipate very light traffic.

An Exhibit Theater offers the opportunity to provide additional education and engagement with attendees. The Exhibit Theater will be a designated area within the Exhibit Hall with audio visual equipment as provided below, and enough seating for and audience of 30 participants.

Food & Beverage Offerings:
You may offer refreshments at your Exhibit Booth by ordering through the Hyatt Regency (i.e. espresso station, popcorn machine, hot pretzels, cupcakes, fruit kebobs). Menus are available upon request and payment will be made directly to the hotel.
