Please note, if Exhibitors wish to attend the meeting educational sessions and meal functions, per PhRMA guidelines and the ACPE/ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education, they must register as an Attendee; the exhibit fee does not include your conference registration or meals.

All Exhibit Booth or Exhibit Theatre requests reserved and paid by April 1, 2023;

Company logo and/or artwork (as appropriate) received by April 1, 2023 as well.

All Exhibitors will be recognized in program materials, scrolling slides during the meeting, on-site signage, and listed in the Exhibitor section in the conference app.

Exhibit Hall

Exhibit Hall set-up is Wednesday, May 8; Exhibit Hall open Thursday, May 9 and Friday, May 10

Note, the Scientific Poster Session is Thursday, May 9 (5:00 pm – 6:30 pm), and the Exhibitor Reception is Friday Evening, May 10 (5:00 pm – 6:00 pm).

All exhibits must remain open during published exhibit times as listed in the final program agenda. To assist you with staffing the booth, you should anticipate heavy traffic during the coffee breaks on Thursday and Friday as all food and beverage on these days is provided in the Exhibit Hall. In addition, traffic will be heavy during the Scientific Poster Session Thursday evening, and the Exhibitor Reception on Friday evening as both receptions are in the Exhibit Hall. During workshops, plenary sessions, and satellite symposia, anticipate very light traffic.

Option 2: Includes 10’x20’ pipe and drape exhibit area, 8’ High Backwall, 3’ High Side Rails, (2) 6’ skirted tables with 4 Chairs and Wastebasket and 17”x 22” Identification Sign

Price: $ 6,850 per booth, (5) 10’x20’ booths available, first come, first served

 

Exhibit Theaters

An Exhibit Theater offers the opportunity to provide additional education and engagement with attendees. The Exhibit Theater will be a designated area within the Exhibit Hall with audio visual equipment as provided below, and enough seating for and audience of 30 participants.

Theater #1 Thursday, May 9th, 10:00 am – 10:30 am break
Theater #2 Thursday, May 9th, 3:00 pm – 3:30 pm break
Theater #3 Friday, May 10th, 9:30 am – 10:00 am break
Theater #4 Friday, May 10th, 3:00 pm – 3:30 pm break
Theater #5 Friday, May 10th, 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm; one 30 min theater during the Exhibitor Reception

Pricing:

30-minute Exhibit Theater: $ 5,000, available first come, first served

(Price includes lectern, monitor, laptop, lavaliere microphone, speaker, seating for 30-40 participants, and AV technician)

Additional items, including promotional materials, additional audio/visual equipment, or refreshments are at Exhibitor’s expense.
