General Meeting Sponsorship Recognition Levels

Silver:              $ 25,000 (Standard recognition in meeting materials and on-site signage)

Gold:               $ 35,000 (More prominent recognition in meeting materials and on-site signage)

Platinum:         $ 50,000 (Highest recognition levels in meeting materials and on-site signage)

General Meeting Support:  Minimum of $ 5,000

Charging Station – Two charging kiosks, each with 8 secure lockers, 19” display screen for custom branding (any video/images), custom full vinyl wrap (MAD-ID and sponsor logos)

*Symposium fee entitles the sponsor to provide/offer a satellite symposium to meeting attendees during the Annual MAD-ID Meeting. These do not include direct costs of providing the symposium (e.g., speaker/moderator honoraria, speaker/moderator travel expenses, food, audiovisual, continuing education accreditation, etc). Sponsors may elect to use the services of MAD-ID’s official Medical Education partner, AG Communications, LLC, or another ME Company of their choice. 

Opening Reception $ 25,000 – Sole or co-sponsorship is available. Any and all sponsors will be recognized in program materials and on-site event signage.

Scientific Poster Session Reception $ 25,000 – Sole or co-sponsorship is available. Any and all sponsors will be recognized in program materials and on-site event signage.

Conference Flash drive $6,500 – Flash drive contains all program materials; Sponsor receives in meeting materials and logo placement on flash drive.

(Note – exhibits must remain open during published exhibit times as listed in the program agenda. To assist you with staffing the booth, you should anticipate heavy traffic during the coffee breaks on Thursday and Friday as all food and beverage on these days will be offered in the Exhibit Hall.  In addition, traffic will be heavy during the Poster Session/Wine and Cheese Reception Thursday evening, and the Exhibitor Reception on Friday evening as both receptions are held in the Exhibit Hall. During workshops and plenary sessions, anticipate light traffic.)

Please note, if exhibitors wish to attend the meeting educational sessions and meal functions, per PhRMA guidelines they must register as an Attendee; the exhibit fee does not include your conference registration or meals.

NEW THIS YEAR: EXHIBITOR THEATER OPPORTUNITIES
MAD-ID announces an opportunity to hold an exhibitor theater at the upcoming Annual Meeting in Orlando Florida May 19-22, 2021. Exhibitor theaters offer the opportunity to provide additional education and engagement with attendees.

The exhibitor theater will be a designated area within the exhibit hall that will have a podium, 60 inch TV monitor, speaker system and will have enough seating for and audience of 30 participants.

Theater #1 (20 minutes) – Thursday, May 20th, during the 10:00 -10:30 am break
Theater #2 (20 minutes) – Thursday, May 20th, during the 3:00 – 3:30 pm break
Theater #3 (20 minutes) – Friday, May 21tat, during the 10:00 -10:30 am break
Theater #4 (20 minutes) – Friday, May 21tat, during the 3:00 – 3:30 pm break
Theater #5 (30 minutes) – Friday, May 21tat, during the evening Exhibitor’s Reception
