INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS
The meeting’s provider, MAD-ID, is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization whose sole purpose is to provide continuing education and training in the areas of infectious diseases pharmacotherapy and antimicrobial stewardship.
ABOUT THE MEETING:
MAD-ID is an annual, international, interdisciplinary meeting for pharmacists, physicians, nurses, infection control practitioners, and other healthcare practitioner engaged or interested in antimicrobial stewardship and the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. This will be our 24th year in providing this valuable forum. Importantly, the didactic portion of MAD-ID’s popular Advanced Antimicrobial Stewardship Training Program is provided at the Annual Meeting. The meeting is the only one of its kind: providing practical information targeted for clinicians who have an interest in infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship. It is a three and one-half day meeting offering approximately 18 hours CPE (1.8 CEU) and similar amounts of CME and CNE. The meeting will be held at the Omni Hotel in ChampionsGate, Florida, May 19 – 22, 2021. We will again seek approval to award nursing continuing education credit. Attendance at the 2019 meeting was over 500 participants and we expect even greater attendance in 2021.
At the 2021 Annual Meeting, the Exhibit Space will be open on Thursday, May 20th and Friday, May 21stand remain open throughout the day. Of note, a Scientific Poster Session/Wine and Cheese Reception is scheduled on Thursday, May 20th from 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm and an Exhibitors’ Reception on Friday May 21st, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm both in the exhibit hall. All meeting refreshment breaks will also take place in the exhibit hall. While exhibitors are welcome to staff their exhibits throughout the day, but most traffic will be present during the above times.

Non-profit organizations may purchase exhibit space at MAD-ID for 50% of the normal fees.
Please note: per PhRMA guidelines you must register as an exhibitor attendee if you would like to attend the meeting educational sessions and/or meal functions. NEW THIS YEAR: EXHIBITOR THEATER OPPORTUNITIES
MAD-ID announces an opportunity to hold an exhibitor theater at the upcoming annual meeting in Orlando Florida May 19-22, 2021. Exhibitor theaters offer the opportunity to provide additional education and engagement with attendees.
The exhibitor theater will be a designated area within the exhibit hall that will have a podium, 60 inch TV monitor, speaker system and will have enough seating for and audience of 30 participants.

Theater #2 (20 minutes) – Thursday, May 20th, during the 3:00 – 3:30 pm break

Theater #4 (20 minutes) – Friday, May 21st, during the 3:00 – 3:30 pm break
Theater #5 (30 minutes) – Friday, May 21st, during the evening Exhibitor’s Reception
20-minute exhibitor theater: $2000
30-minute exhibitor theater: $3000
Price includes podium, monitor, speaker, seating for 30 participants, and access to AV support
