General Meeting Sponsorship Recognition Levels

Silver:              $ 25,000 (Standard recognition in meeting materials and on-site signage)

Gold:               $ 35,000 (More prominent recognition in meeting materials and on-site signage)

Platinum:         $ 50,000 (Highest recognition levels in meeting materials and on-site signage)

General Meeting Support:  Minimum of $ 5,000

General Meeting Sponsors also have the opportunity to sponsor one of the following on-site items/activities:

Coffee Break – 5 breaks available, recognition in meeting materials and custom sponsor signage
Price:  $10,000 each

Charging Station – Two charging kiosks, each with 8 secure lockers, 19” display screen for custom branding (any video/images), custom full vinyl wrap (MAD-ID and sponsor logos)
Date available: Thurs, May 10th and Fri, May 11th
Price:  $3500

Photo Frame – Life-size photo frame to accommodate 3-5 people inside, placed outside the Exhibit Hall, custom branding (MAD-ID and sponsor logos)

Wed, May 9th:  2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Thurs, May 10th:  6:15 am – 8:00 am, and 11:45 am – 1:30 pm
Fri, May 11th:  6:15 am – 8:00 am, and 11:45 am – 1:30 pm
Sat, May 12th   6:15 am – 8:00 am

*Symposium fee entitles the sponsor to provide/offer a satellite symposium to meeting attendees during the Annual MAD-ID Meeting. These do not include direct costs of providing the symposium (e.g., speaker/moderator honoraria, speaker/moderator travel expenses, food, audiovisual, continuing education accreditation, etc). Sponsors may elect to use the services of MAD-ID’s official Medical Education partner, AG Communications, LLC, or another ME Company of their choice. 

Opening Reception $ 25,000 – Sponsor will receive sole recognition of Reception and on-site signage.
Date available: Wed, May 9th (one sponsorship, first come, first served)

Scientific Poster Session Reception $ 25,000 – Sponsor will receive sole recognition of the   Scientific Poster Session and Reception and on-site signage.
Date available: Thurs, May 10th (one sponsorship, first come, first served)

Conference Notebook – $7,500 & Flash Drive – $6,000, or both for $12,500 – Flash drive contains all program materials; Notebook contains basic meeting materials, supplemental handouts and scientific abstracts and is given to all participants. Sponsor receives dedicated rear cover and/or notebook insert and logo placement on flash drive.

Please note, if exhibitors wish to attend the meeting educational sessions and meal functions, per PhRMA guidelines they must register as an Attendee; the exhibit fee does not include your conference registration or meals.
