Platinum:           $ 50,000 (Highest recognition levels in meeting materials and on-site signage)

Reception $ 25,000 – Sponsor will receive sole recognition of Reception and on-site signage. Date available: Thurs, May 10th (one sponsorship, first come, first served)

Conference Notebook – $7,500 & Flash Drive – $6,000 or both for $12,500 – Flash drive contains all program materials; Notebook contains basic meeting materials, supplemental handouts and scientific abstracts and is given to all participants. Sponsor receives dedicated rear cover and/or notebook insert and logo placement on flash drive.

Option 2 $ 5,000 per booth, for May 11th & May 12th
Includes 16’ x 20’ pipe and drape exhibit area (8’ High Backwall, 3’ High Side
Rails, (2) 6’ skirted tables, 4 Chairs and Wastebasket and 17” x 22” Identification Sign

Option 3 $ 10,000 per booth, for May 11th & May 12th
Includes 32’ x 40’ pipe and drape exhibit area (8’ High Backwall, 3’ High Side
Rails, (3) 6’ skirted tables, 6 Chairs and Wastebasket and 17” x 22” Identification Sign
(pending approval and based on requests received, includes option to bring in your own
booth set-up)

Please note, if exhibitors wish to attend the meeting educational sessions and meal functions, per PhRMA guidelines they must register as an Attendee; the exhibit fee does not include your conference registration or meals.

*Symposium fee entitles the sponsor to provide/offer a satellite symposium to meeting attendees during the Annual MAD-ID Meeting. This does not include direct costs of providing the symposium (e.g., speaker/moderator honoraria, speaker/moderator travel expenses, food, audiovisual, continuing education accreditation, etc). Sponsors may elect to use the services of MAD-ID’s official Medical Education partner, AG Communications, LLC, or another ME Company of their choice.
