General Meeting Sponsorship Recognition Levels

Silver:               $25,000 (Standard recognition in meeting materials and on-site signage)

Gold:                $35,000 (More prominent recognition in meeting materials and on-site signage)

Platinum:           $50,000 (Highest recognition levels in meeting materials and on-site signage)

General Meeting Support: Minimum of $ 5,000

On-site Sponsorship Opportunities

Cyber Café     $15,000 (one sponsorship, first come, first served), sponsor will receive sole recognition of Cyber Café room with banner in Cyber Café area. Date(s) available: Thurs, May 10th  Sat, May 12th

Satellite Symposia/Exhibitor’s Theater      $20,000 Sponsor may select from available times to hold sponsor-specified event/program that is not during MAD-ID scheduled programming (CE accreditation, speaker travel and honoraria, AV costs, and food and beverage costs are additional based on selections) Dates available: May 10th, 11th, 12th AM; May 11th PM

 

Reception         $25,000 (one sponsorship, first come, first served), sponsor will receive sole recognition of Reception and on-site signage. Date available: Thurs, May 12th

Conference Notebook     $17,500. Notebook contains all handouts and other meeting materials and is supplied to all participants. Sponsor receives dedicated rear cover and/or notebook insert.

Exhibit Space Fees (Thurs, May 10th  – Sat, May 12th), (Poster Session Thursday, May 10th)

Option 1            $1,250 per booth per day, $ 3,000 per booth for entire conference (3 days).

Includes 8’ x 10’ pipe and drape exhibit area (8’ High Backwall, 3’ High Side Rails, 6’ skirted table, 2 Chairs and Wastebasket and 17” x 22” Identification Sign

Option 2            $2,000 per booth per day, $ 5,000 per booth for entire conference (3 days)

Includes 16’ x 20’ pipe and drape exhibit area (8’ High Backwall, 3’ High Side Rails, (2) 6’ skirted tables, 4 Chairs and Wastebasket and 17” x 22” Identification Sign (pending approval and based on requests received, includes the option to bring in your own booth set-up)

Option 3            $3,000 per booth per day, $10,000 per booth for entire conference (3 days)

Includes 32’ x 40’ pipe and drape exhibit area (8’ High Backwall, 3’ High Side Rails, (3) 6’ skirted tables, 6 Chairs and Wastebasket and 17” x 22” Identification Sign (pending approval and based on requests received, includes option to bring in your own booth set-up)

Please note, if exhibitors wish to attend the meeting educational sessions and meal functions, per PhRMA guidelines, they must register as an Attendee; the exhibit fee does not include your conference registration or meals.
